The companies that don’t have headquarters or an independent business unit in Bosnia and Herzegovina and which are engaged in the supply of goods and services in Bosnia and Herzegovina according to VAT regulations article 60. and 7. of the registration rule book, have to be registered and have their own tax authorization person named in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who of course need to be a resident and a taxpayer.
