The Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska No. 6 of 29.01.2025 published the Decision on the Minimum Wage in the Republic of Srpska for 2025.

The minimum wage is set at a gross amount of 1344.26 KM, or 900 KM net.

For jobs requiring at least 3 years of secondary education: gross 1426.23 KM, or 950 KM net;

For jobs requiring at least 4 years of secondary education: gross 1508.20 KM, or 1000 KM net;

For jobs requiring at least higher education: gross 2000 KM, or 1300 KM net;

The Decision applies from 01.01.2025.

Therefore, according to all of the above, the systematization of jobs must necessarily contain the required qualifications for each job.
